2009 ALC Class Project - 4523 Congo Street.  The 525-sf home in the Jubilee neighborhood was deconstructed by hand and materials reused to rebuild a LEED-certified, affordable home with 880 sf.  The project is valued at $80,000, including grants and in-kind donations of materials and services.  More than 2,000 volunteer hours went into the planning and rebuilding.  Read more.
