The Real Estate Council Foundation (TRECF) is now taking applications from nonprofit organizations to be selected as 2011 Community Initiatives to receive pro bono professional services and funding. The mission of TRECF is to improve
the quality of life of all citizens by focusing on four key areas:
housing, education, job creation and the environment. Throughout our
history, we have provided numerous philanthropic causes in excess of $75
million dollars of pro-bono professional services supported by more
than $8 million dollars. Community Initiatives are announced annually at
our Community Breakfast, which is held during the first quarter.
Four Key Areas of Focus
TRECF seeks to develop relationships with organizations whose mission
statements align with one or more of our four key areas of focus:
housing, education, job creation and the environment. Community
Initiative investments must clearly impact one or more of these four key
areas of focus. Designated measurements of a project’s success will
evolve around furthering the impact on the community in these four
areas.
